● 4 oz Chicken breast cut into thin strips
● 4 oz Broccoli florets
● 1 clove Garlic (minced)
● 2 teaspoon Olive oil (divided)
For the Sauce:
● 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
● 1 Tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
● 1 packet Truvia or Splenda
● ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
Healthy Stir Fry Instructions
- Whisk together sauce ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and set aside.
- Heat a large wok or high sided pan over high heat and add 1 t olive oil.
- Add the chicken to the wok and cook until it is cooked through (about 5-6 minutes). Remove the chicken from the wok and put on a plate.
- Add the remaining olive oil to the wok or pan, then add the garlic. Cook for a minute, or until fragrant.
