Questions like: What can I eat on Xyngular’s 8-Day Jumpstart? How much weight can I lose on the Xyngular 8-Day Jumpstart? How much can I exercise on the 8-Day Jumpstart? Are there Jumpstart Recipes listed on the Xyngular website? How much water should I drink? When can I start another 8-Day Jumpstart?
There are a lot of questions when it comes to rapid and healthy weight loss. This is why we’ve gathered all of those great questions into one location. Health and wellness is a life-long journey and Xyngular’s mission is to help you build those healthy habits and sustainable, healthy weight loss goals. The 8-Day Jumpstart can be the beginning of this journey for you. We’ve also included incredibly valuable resources and information to help you along the way on this new journey.
Do I Need To Take Everything As Directed For 8-Day Jumpstart?
Yes. Simple answer for a simple question that is asked from time to time. It is not unlikely for some to lose up to 15 pounds in eight days with the 8-Day Jumpstart program. This plan was designed to encourage healthy and rapid weight loss. Each Xyngular product in the 8-Day Jumpstart was designed to work synergistically together for quick and healthy weight loss. Follow the instructions and recommendations we’ve outlined in the program.
What If I Forget One Of My Supplements During The 8-Days?
We understand that you may forget to take something throughout the day when you’re doing the 8-Day Jumpstart program. If that happens, don’t panic. Just continue on with the program as if you didn’t forget. Sometimes we allow small setbacks to become larger problems than they actually are. We make mountains out of mole-hills. Stay focused on your goals and don’t let a small mishap derail your journey. Now, here are some simple ways to make sure you don’t forget to take something during the 8 days:
- Write down your meal plans and schedule for each day. It’ll only take you 8 pieces of paper and if you type it, probably less. Look at it every few hours and check off each step throughout the day to keep you on track.
- For those of you who love digital reminders, program your schedule on your phone and set up alerts. If you’re into wearables like an Apple watch, you’ll get those notifications and never miss a beat.
What If A Food Isn’t Listed On The Approved Foods List?
This is another normal question we see. In Xyngular’s 8-Day Jumpstart resources, we list over 50+ approved foods. Combine this with our sample meal plans and delicious recipes specifically created for the 8-Day Jumpstart, the chances of you running out of meal and snack ideas are super low. Keep in mind, the Jumpstart program only lasts for 8 days. This approved foods list isn’t something you have to adhere to for the rest of your life. We do mention it is a suggested list of approved foods. You’ll notice albacore isn’t listed, but this delicious option is nearly pure protein and one you can incorporate into your meal plan. When eating try your best to stay within the portion guidelines of what is recommended in each food option:
Lean Proteins (4-6 ounces per meal): foods that are rich in animal or vegetable protein and are low in fat. Not all proteins are created equal. A big juicy burger patty could contain as much as 25% fat.
Healthy Fats (1 serving per meal): polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats are commonly known as “healthy fats” because they’re not bad for your heart or cholesterol levels. What we include in the approved foods list has over 10 options to choose from. Stick with what you see on this list. There is a lot of misinformation on the web about healthy fats.
Vegetables (1-2 cups per meal): We include over 30 vegetables on our approved list and incorporate these in many of the Jumpstart recipes on the Xyngular website. You won’t see vegetables like potatoes and yams on this list because they are known to be starchy and have high carb counts. If it is leafy and dark green you are probably safe.
High-Protein Snack (1 serving per Snack): hard-boiled eggs, a scoop of Lean Shake, and Turkey breast. The goal of these snacks are high protein and no added sugars. We have some really good ideas in the “What Are Some Easy Snack Ideas For The 8-Day Jumpstart?” section below.
How Do I Manage My Cravings At Night?
Knowing how to manage cravings at night starts with understanding what causes cravings. Here are five smart, easy, and effective ways to manage your cravings at night while on the 8-Day Jumpstart: drink water, manage your stress, do exercise during the day, get proper sleep, and make sure you don’t skip any meals! We have a list of 17 smart ways to control your cravings if you need more help managing them.
Should I Do Multiple Jumpstarts In A Row?
The short answer is NO. This is another common question we get asked and there may be advice out there that we would not recommend. Once you’ve finished with the 8-Day Jumpstart program, you’ve most likely lost some pounds and inches. You feel momentum. You’re energized and probably excited and motivated to continue on that path of more weight loss. Getting healthy is contagious! We understand. Your first reaction might be to want to do another Xyngular 8-Day Jumpstart right away. We recommend doing an 8-Day Jumpstart only once per month. This doesn’t mean your Xyngular weight loss journey needs to end immediately after the 8 days! Xyngular features many weight loss products aimed to support some of today’s most common health needs. Health needs you are most likely experiencing. A popular follow-up for those who do the 8-Day Jumpstart is to create a subscription of their favorite products. Give yourself a break from Flush but all of the other 8-day items can be continued as you start a new more robust meal plan.
How Much Water Am I Supposed To Drink On The 8-Day Jumpstart?
You need to be drinking water regularly while on the 8-Day Jumpstart. Take your body weight in pounds, divide by 2 and that is the minimum number ounces of water you should be drinking daily. Dehydration is a result of your body losing more fluid than you take in. When you experience dehydration, you can upset the balance of minerals in your system. If this happens, dehydration can lead to issues that may affect your results with the 8-Day Jumpstart. Dehydration can cause low energy levels, headaches, migraines, muscle cramping, and yes...weight gain. There are many misconceptions about drinking water and trying to lose weight. Follow the recommendation of drinking enough water every day.
How Important Is Meal Planning During The 8-Day Jumpstart?
Benjamin Franklin said, “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” Meal prep and knowing what to eat and when to eat is vital to your success with the 8-Day Jumpstart program. This is why we’ve created an ample amount of resources to help you when it comes to meal prep. We have sample meal plans, Jumpstart recipes, an approved foods list with mountains of options to choose from, and an active Xyngular community to help you with meal planning.
What If I Feel Hungry During The 8-Day Jumpstart?
The brain and body are complex and the forces behind eating is more than just the desire to eat, there’s a lot of chemistry happening as well. Hunger is a normal effect when the body undergoes new changes with diet and exercise. Don’t hit the panic button if you are experiencing hunger. Lowering your sugar intake, decreasing carbs, and for some significantly reducing your caffeine consumption will spark hunger at the on-slaught of any changes you incorporate. In our post exploring and understanding hunger, we dive into five mental hacks to help identify hunger and the triggers you are potentially experiencing.
How Do I Prepare My Body To Get Off Of Sugar?
Sugar is in so many of our foods (unnecessary in some cases) and is a major part of our culture. Overcoming sugar cravings can be difficult. The key to overcoming any weight loss or health hurdle is preparation. Preparing your body to quit sugar is no different. If you have some time an effective way is to slowly wean your body off of sugar. One way to ease your body into the change is to substitute processed sugars found in candy, sweets, baked goods, and desserts for healthier options such as fruits. If you have a week to prepare (or a few days) for Xyngular’s 8-Day Jumpstart, begin reducing your sugar intake by at least 15% the first day. On the second day, reduce it another 15% from the first day and so on. Make sure you are eating regularly and staying properly hydrated with water. To learn more, check out this post where we offer more tips for quitting sugar.
How Do I Prepare My Body To Stop Drinking Coffee?
First of all, quitting coffee is not a requirement of the 8-Day Jumpstart, but if you love your coffee packed with cream and sugar, then you’re out of luck. You can have your coffee with any of the approved nut milks on our list of approved foods. That can often be a tough swap for people so if you want to quit coffee, one of the most successful ways to prepare yourself is to slowly reduce your coffee intake each day. If you want to quit in seven days, reduce your coffee consumption by a seventh each day. If you have some runway time leading up to when you want to quit, it’ll be easier than going cold turkey. In some cases, you may be required to quit coffee right away (maybe you’re starting your 8-Day Jumpstart tomorrow?). If this is the case, an effective approach is to find a healthy alternative to drinking coffee. Need some examples? Water. Water has some incredible health benefits associated with it and can help you with your coffee urges. It will also help satiate your body’s need for drinking a liquid. Another alternative to coffee that is also compliant with the 8-Day Jumpstart is Xyngular’s Trimstix.
How Do I Prepare My Body For A Low Carb Diet?
There’s a saying that goes something like this, “Proper preparation prevents poor performance.” This is especially applicable when preparing yourself for low carb. Proper preparation means having a plan. Plan for the urges. Plan for the changes your body will feel. Plan for hunger and cravings. Plan your meals. Know what is expected when it comes to low carb eating and plan your meals so you don’t accidentally carb load throwing off your daily percentage of carb intake. We have more information on understanding the low carb diet where you can study everything you need to help prep. Luckily, the resources Xyngular provides for you when doing the 8-Day Jumpstart has a detailed plan on what you can have and when you can have it.
What If I Can’t Sleep When On The 8-Day Jumpstart?
There are a lot of things you can do to help get the proper amount of sleep when on the 8-Day Jumpstart. Read a book, turn off the technology, dim the lights an hour before you want to sleep, and practice meditation are a handful of sleep-promoting activities. Another important aspect is to follow the guidelines for when you’re supposed to take Xyngular’s products. Try taking your trimstix earlier in the afternoon if you are especially sensitive to caffeine. Remember sleep is important not only to your success with weight loss but also to your success in life. Practice makes perfect so stay patient and practice forming healthy sleep habits.

Do I Stop My 8-Days If I Make A Mistake?
Mistakes are going to happen. They’re part of life. FAIL is just an acronym for First Attempt In Learning. And just because you experience a mistake doesn’t mean it’s time to abandon the whole process. It doesn’t matter at what point those mistakes occur, continue on with the 8-Day Jumpstart exactly where you would have been. However, be mindful of the underlying issue which led to your mishap. Maybe it was those Oreos in the pantry you see every time you open the pantry door? Perhaps it was the cans of pop in the refrigerator door you glance at when you go to the fridge? Regardless of the mistake, take a mental note of what happened and take active steps to prevent it in the future.

How Do I Manage My Headaches If They Occur?
One of the side effects of quitting processed sugars, cutting back on carbs, and reducing how much coffee you drink every day may be headaches. They usually will go away in a few days once you begin reducing your intake of processed sugars, carbs, and coffee. One effective way of managing your headaches (which in most cases are a withdrawal symptom) is to follow the meal plans in the 8-Day Jumpstart when it comes to protein. Eating protein helps reduce cravings and aids in controlling your appetite. Making sure you are staying hydrated by drinking enough water is vital to prevent dehydration, which is a major driver of causing headaches. Another easy tip for managing headaches is to start exercising. And it doesn’t have to be that much. A simple 10-15 minute brisk walk is enough to release endorphins and give you some of the relief you need.
How Do I Manage My Low Energy During The 8-Days?
Usually, when you are feeling low levels of energy, you have something out of balance with your health. Make sure you follow Xyngular’s recommendations and guidelines in the 8-Day Jumpstart. Only got three hours of sleep last night? Spent most of your day sitting in an office chair? Didn’t drink enough water? No wonder you’re tired! Stay true to your 8-Day meal plan, the approved foods list, follow when and what Xyngular products to take, manage your stress, get proper nutrition, drink plenty of water, get a good night’s sleep, and exercise. When experiencing low levels of energy one of those areas is probably off balance and most likely the solution to your low energy issue resides there.
Why Does My Weight Fluctuate From Day To Day When Dieting?
Remember that your weight is based on how many calories you intake compared to the number of calories you burn. There are factors involved with that too such as exercise and how ramped up your metabolism is. A common question is “Why does my weight fluctuate from day to day when I’m dieting?” First off, whenever you begin engaging in weight loss measures you are going to experience fluctuations in weight. In some cases, a woman’s weight can fluctuate as much as 6 pounds every month and a few pounds in a single day. Simply put, weight fluctuations will happen from time to time. The important thing to keep note of is weight loss isn’t always tied to the scale, as part of the 8-Day Jumpstart you will also take starting photos and measurements. These can be additional methods to track your progress from the 8-Day. This way gaining a half-pound on day 3 is not a reason to abandon the 8-Day Jumpstart program. Stay consistent, stay positive, and stay true to the recommendations Xyngular has listed. For more information on how to weigh yourself, check out our handy article on how to properly measure weight loss progress.
Why Am I Not Losing Weight With The 8-Day Jumpstart?
One of the hardest tasks in life is losing weight. Knowing how we lose weight and why we fail at it is integral. There are many mistakes, myths, and misconceptions as to why we can’t lose weight. If you just finished the 8-Day Jumpstart and didn’t see the weight loss you expected or perhaps didn’t lose the inches you were hoping for, don’t get discouraged! The chances are high that you are experiencing a common cause of weight loss failure. Sticking to the 8-Day Jumpstart program is vital. If you still didn’t lose weight and adhered to everything in the program, there may be other weight loss failure factors at play. Five of the most common causes of failure with weight loss are too much stress, lack of energy and motivation, hypothalamus function, dehydration, and poor sleep quality. If you want to check out the complete list of common causes of weight loss failure, feel free to check out more information here.
What can you do about these common causes of weight loss failure? Aside from specific Xyngular products designed to target these specific causes of weight loss failure, ask yourself a question directed at each cause. For example, along with taking Xygnular’s Xr2 for stress, ask yourself, “How can I better manage stress in my life?” Perhaps mindfulness and meditation is the key. If you have a lack of energy, along with taking Xyng and Lean, ask yourself, “What part of my lifestyle is leading to a lack of energy?” Some may discover their current lifestyle may be contributing to a lack of energy. The key is to ask yourself specific questions targeted at the common cause of why you are failing to lose weight. Along with Xyngular’s products and all of our resources, we can help you overcome those common failures many experience when it comes to losing weight.
In some cases, if expected weight loss results weren’t met with the 8-Day Jumpstart, you might need the support which comes with one of Xyngular’s weight loss systems. Eight days can be enough to see progress for most people, but steady diligence and dedication to your diet will always pay off when applied consistently over even longer periods of time.
What Are Some Easy Snack Ideas For The 8-Day Jumpstart?
Let’s start with understanding the purpose of a snack. Many believe snacks always have to be sweet and super savory and this common misconception is what leads to a lot of weight loss plans getting sabotaged. A snack is nothing more than a small portion of food eaten between meals. One of the main purposes of a snack is to help alleviate sweet-tooth urges, reduce hunger, and aid with appetite control. There is a right and wrong way to snack though. When reaching for a healthy snack your goal should be to aim for a small, high-protein option. Choosing a high-protein snack will trigger the body to eat less because hunger-suppressing hormones are released in the body. Stay away from added sugars as they are likely to trigger ghrelin (a hunger-promoting hormone) while at the same time lowering levels of peptide YY (an appetite-suppressing hormone). As you can see, healthy snacking plays an integral role in weight loss and it’s also one reason why we highlight it in our meal plan ideas for the 8-Day Jumpstart.
Here are some easy snack ideas for the 8-Day Jumpstart: hard-boiled eggs, 1 scoop of Xyngular’s Lean Shake, or 5 slices of turkey breast. These are a great start to your snack arsenal to help you easily manage those cravings you may experience during the 8-Day Jumpstart. Your easy snack idea framework is this: high-protein, no dairy, and no added sugars. If you remember that simple approach, snacking will become something that will significantly aid you in your quest to lose weight.
What If I Don’t Like Eggs In My Meal Plan?
This question is one we see pop up from time to time in our communities and we realize it is a genuine concern. Take a moment to also realize the Jumpstart program is only for 8 days. We aren’t suggesting you eat 2 hard-boiled eggs every day three times a day for the rest of your life. Oscar Wilde said, “The optimist sees the donut, the pessimist sees the hole.” Are you looking at just an egg, or are you looking at something which is going to help you reach your weight loss goals? Keep perspective as part of your focus with the program.
In the Jumpstart sample meal plan, hard-boiled eggs are merely a suggestion of a high-protein snack. Other high-protein snacks we suggest include lean shake (1 scoop) and turkey breast (3-5 oz.). Many of the foods listed in our lean proteins can also be substituted here. Before you resort to substitutions, experiment with your taste buds when it comes to the egg. Eggs are highly nutritious and not enough can be said about the health benefits of eating them. Lightly mix some of the herbs and spices listed on the vegetable list to take that simple hard-boiled egg to the next level of flavor-town. You’ll be surprised just how good a hard-boiled egg will taste. A dash of dill, avocado, olive oil, ginger, turmeric, artichokes, sprouts, onion, okra, or leeks are all great combos to help your palate appreciate the value of an egg.
What If I Don’t Like Shakes?
This is a question we hear and read about from time to time. Many of Xyngular’s shakes (Lean and Lean Meal) can be consumed all by themselves. We’ve designed them to taste good while also being nutritious. Realize that not all shakes are created equally. We too, have tasted meal replacement and protein shakes and asked, “How could anyone ever drink this? It’s horrible.” That’s why we spent a lot of time researching how to make the best tasting AND nutritious shakes on the market. But...in the event that maybe there’s something about shakes you don’t like (and we doubt that’ll be the case with Xyngular), here are a couple of hacks to the game to boost your shake game. It’s all about adding the extras.
As long as they’re on the 8-Day Jumpstart approved list and you add them in moderation feel free to experiment with these suggestions. First, try adding ice cubes, a little bit of almond milk, and blending it together for a minute. Another hack to the game is adding a half handful of spinach or perhaps a half tablespoon of peanut butter. Adding a little bit of vegetables to your shake game is a super powerful trick if you’re struggling with shakes.
Don’t just settle for “I don’t like shakes, so the 8-Day Jumpstart program won’t work for me.” You’ve probably just never had Xyngular’s shakes, or your shake game has been really basic.
How Much Can I Exercise On The 8-Day Jumpstart?
If you are already exercising regularly then you can plan to maintain that same level of exercise through your 8-Day Jumpstart. If you haven’t been living an active lifestyle then wait to add anything strenuous until after your 8 days are over. If you are feeling restless you can add a little movement to your life by going on walks or trying other low-impact cardio routines.

Do I Choose The Low Carb Diet Or Keto Diet After My 8-Day Jumpstart?
Your most important task at this moment is to successfully complete the 8-Day Jumpstart program. With that said, use the time during your 8 days to determine the next step when it comes to a meal plan strategy. How do you determine which one to choose? It’s all about you and which one will fit your lifestyle. If you are okay with consuming about half your calories from healthy fats, you might enjoy the keto diet. But if consuming that much fat and limiting carbs to only 5% of your total daily calories (vs 10%-20% on the low carb diet), then maybe the keto diet isn’t for you. We cover all of this and more to help you determine which diet would be suited for you in our ultimate guide to understanding keto vs low carb diets.
