Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Lean Salted Caramel
  • 1/2 tsp. of Pumpkin Pie Spice or Gingerbread Spice Mix
    OR
    • 1 pinch (1/8 tsp.) each
    • Cinnamon
    • Ginger
    • Cloves
    • Nutmeg
  • 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • Ice as desired

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker bottle or blender, and mix until well combined.


Caramel Apple Lean Shake
