Blend the following ingredients and enjoy!:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Lean Vanilla or Lean Chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Ice


LEAN GREEN SMOOTHIE

Blend the following ingredients and enjoy!:

  • 2/3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 large handfuls (50 g) kale - the leaves of about 8 stalks
  • 1/2 (50 g) ripe avocado
  • 1 scoop Lean
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • PRO TIP: Add some pineapple to add some sweetness!


PUMPKIN PIE LEAN SHAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups ice
  • 8 oz Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop Lean Vanilla
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
  • 1 low-fat graham cracker
  • A sprinkle of your favorite pumpkin spice mix

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add ingredients in the order listed to your blender.
  • Cover with lid and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into your favorite glass or shaker bottle and enjoy your Pumpkin Pie Lean Shake!

GINGERBREAD LEAN SHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop Lean Vanilla
  • 1 scoop Complete Collagen
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice or Gingerbread Spice Mix
  • 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • Ice as desired
