Healthy Stir Fry Ingredients

● 4 oz Chicken breast cut into thin strips

● 4 oz Broccoli florets

● 1 clove Garlic (minced)

● 2 teaspoon Olive oil (divided)

For the Sauce:

● 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce

● 1 Tablespoon Rice wine vinegar

● 1 packet Truvia or Splenda

● ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Healthy Stir Fry Instructions

  1. Whisk together sauce ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat a large wok or high sided pan over high heat and add 1 t olive oil.
  3. Add the chicken to the wok and cook until it is cooked through (about 5-6 minutes). Remove the chicken from the wok and put on a plate.
  4. Add the remaining olive oil to the wok or pan, then add the garlic. Cook for a minute, or until fragrant.
  5. Add in the broccoli and cook until bright green, or just crisp-cooked (about 1-2 minutes).
  6. Add the cooked chicken and sauce to the wok and cook for about 30 seconds, or until the chicken and broccoli are coated.
  7. Plate and enjoy!
